don't narrow scope of liberation work to just boots on the group, 90% of military are noncombat, liberation theoretician, is it pushing us forward or setting u back, too much time and energy goes to protest, has to be about more than just fighting white folk, building capacity - creating structures, values, ideas, theories, institutions (when we win or achieve liberation), self-determination, sovereignty, think beyond resistance and protest, resistance occupies more than just protest, nation building, fighting and building for a nation, Schaumberg, bibliophile, archives, schools, don't oversaturate in one area and neglect other areas

(10) Black cultural and historical preservation institutions, Apollo theatre, museums, libraries, archives, art spaces/galleries, preserves traditions/story, oral history, can't be eliminated or destroyed, genealogy
